After an in depth intake, you'll receive an assessment, plan and a mini acupuncture treatment. Dr. Lockhart will teach you a mindfulness practice that you can start using today to find peace, calm and understand your body in a different way. You'll also receive a Mind-Emotion-Body kit to take home to continue the relaxation and feel the difference of the All and One approach.

If you decide to purchase a 3 or 6 month package, the consultation fee can be applied toward the package.
